Dr. Azuka Ezeike is a Consultant Obstetrician–Gynaecologist and Public Health Scientist. She holds Fellowships of the West African College of Surgeons and the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, as well as a Master of Science in Public Health from the National Open University of Nigeria. She is the Founder and Team Lead of D-ACE Medical Consulting and Communications, a medical communications start-up based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to improving global health through medical communications and public health solutions. Dr. Azuka also serves as a medical writer and reviewer with Dateline Health Africa (USA) and SemicHealth (Nigeria), and is a member of the WHO Fides Network, a global community of health influencers supported by the World Health Organization. She has co-authored 10 peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals, authored over 45 patient and public education articles, and reviewed more than 140 health articles. She has also trained over 100 health professionals in medical writing. Her key professional interests include medical communication, women’s health, health systems strengthening, health workforce training, and public health.
